Services Offered

Chapters in Frame offers personalized photography books, capturing unique stories through a series of carefully selected locations. Our services include custom photography, creative page layouts, and the delivery of a beautifully crafted physical photo book.

Ordering Process

To place an order, you must first submit a request and provide us with the following details:

Your name, email, and phone number.
A list of addresses.
A message for the person receiving this gift (optional).
Any additional requirements or special requests.
Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers).

Once a project request is submitted, a project curator will reach out with a detailed quote and additional information. If you choose to proceed, full payment is required before any photography sessions are scheduled.

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an official order confirmation, and your project will be scheduled and processed accordingly.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in USD.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors PayPal.
Prices may be subject to change, but any changes will be communicated to you before your purchase.

Delivery of Photo Book

Delivery times vary based on the scope of your project. Estimated timelines will be shared in advance, but delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, photographer availability) may occur.
Before final delivery, a digital proof will be provided for your review and approval. If you choose not to include a specific image, we’re happy to remove it.
Please note: any reshoot requests or additions of new locations made after the proof has been delivered will incur an additional fee, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations incur a non-refundable deposit or full payment, depending on the circumstances and if work has already begun on the project.
If your order is delayed or the service is not delivered as agreed, we will work with you to offer an appropriate solution (e.g., reshoot or partial refund).

Intellectual Property

All photographs and content created by Chapters in Frame remain the intellectual property of the company.
You are granted a license to use the delivered photos for personal use, as specified in your agreement.
You may not alter, reproduce, or sell the photos without explicit written permission from Chapters in Frame.

User Content

By submitting locations, ideas, or requests for your custom project, you grant us the right to use this content in connection with the production and marketing of our services. You confirm that you own or have the rights to use any content you provide to us.

Limitation of Liability

Chapters in Frame is not responsible for:

Any errors or delays caused by third-party vendors (e.g., payment processors, delivery services).
Personal injuries or property damage occurring during a shoot.
Any loss of data or photos due to technical failures or unforeseen circumstances.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Privacy and Data Protection

Amendments
