Because each photo book we create is custom-made and thoughtfully crafted just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds once the design process has begun.

However, your satisfaction means the world to us! If you’re not completely happy with your book, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it—we’ll do our best to make it right, whether that means fixing a design issue or helping with a reprint in the case of damage or production errors.
